Overall, when participation and methodology are considered together, the performance of
COMCEC Members were as follows:
(A) Best Performers (19-23 points): Turkey, Egypt, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Tunisia, Libya,
Lebanon, Jordan and Albania.
(B) Second Best Performers: (15-18 Points): Uganda, Togo, Iran, Morocco, Malaysia, Algeria,
Niger, Mozambique, Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Senegal, Mauritania, Guinea, Benin and
Bahrain.
(C) Second Worst Performers: (6-14 points): Iraq, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Guinea-Bissau,
Gambia, Djibouti, Comoros, Yemen, Suriname, Sierra Leone, Oman, Mali, Kyrgyzstan, Cameroon
and Afghanistan.
(D) Worst Performers: (0-5 points): Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, Turkmenistan,
Tajikistan, Syria, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Maldives, Kazakhstan, Guyana, Gabon, Chad,
Sudan, Palestine, Kuwait and Brunei.
