FromTable 4.11 and Figure 4.8, we conclude that NGOand other donor agencies have the listed

roles to play:

1.

NGO and other donor agencies helped women and the poor in skill training.

2.

Foreign investors, NGO’s and donor agencies have not put much effort toopen industries

for skilled people.

3.

NGO’s and donor agencies usually do not provide small funds to the poor skilled people

to startup business. However, qualitative data shows that donor agencies provide small

funds (as a loan) for startup business (See page 95).

4.

The NGOs and other donor agenciesworked jointlywith the government in formulating

projects to reduce poverty and unemployment.

5.

NGO and other donor agencies provide funds (aids/loans) for skill training.
