FromTable 4.10 and Figure 4.7, we conclude that the TVET institutes of Palestine has following
link with industries:
1.
There is a lack of link between skill development and industrywhich leading to low
employments.
2.
Outdated skill training is not compatible with the current needs of the labor market.

Most of the industries do not have provision of
on job training
to enhance skills.

The graduates are competent tomeet industrial requirement. However, qualitative data
shows that some of the courses which requiremodern technology are failed to produce
competent skilled workers (page 95).

There is relationship between the number of TVET graduates and the skilled workers
needed in the industries.

Industries do not provide feedback to TVET institutions that graduates are unable to
meet the current industrial requirement.
