On the other hand, the adoption of mobile broadband in the emerging world has been

accelerating, while its penetration in the developed countries is reaching a saturation point.

The prorated adoption of mobile broadband among OECD countries has reached 87%, while

the statistic in South America and Southern Africa is 67% and 58% (see table 10).
