statistics division is responsible for designing, controlling, supervising regional teams, analysis
and the publication of results. The regional statistical offices are responsible for collecting
information from samples in their respective areas, verification and the entry of collected data.
Monitoring is done during coordination meetings at various levels. A weekly coordination
meeting between the director and heads of division is organized regularly. Dashboards and
reports are tools for monitoring the progress of the statistical activities.26
