Status and Corporate Form of OIC ECAs

ECAs vary across OIC member countries with respect to their status and corporate form, ranging

from privately owned companies with no government ownership and those with state/private

ownership with government holding majority or minority shares to fully government owned

companies, agencies and programs.

Table 3 below provides the status and corporate form for each entity as defined by their

respective jurisdictions.
