Figure 22

presents the other TF indicators related to CTR. As presented, the least

implementation is related to the electronic exchange of sanitary and phytosanitary certificates,

were 23 MS have not implemented such a measure, 5 countries have fully implemented. In 17

countries government agencies still don't delegate control to CAs and 14 countries don't have

an electronic exchange of customs declarations.
