Agency, where Uganda is a part owner, or the ICIEC, can prove effective in facilitating the

development of ECA entities in a larger number of OIC Member States.

The critical role of ECAs and IFIs is reflected in their support of trade development in the most

difficult of contexts, globally and among OIC Member States.
