Furthermore, a survey is undertaken where two questionnaires are developed for two target

groups: OIC member states and academia/private institutions in order to gather their views on

the NTI planning process in their countries. The category private institutions also include state-

owned organizations such as railway companies and port authorities. The questionnaire result

of each target group is presented in Appendix 2.
