competencies through continuous learning and development programmes to alleviate the

workforce. It will create an environment that fosters innovation and growth. The
challenge for TOs is not only limited to meeting the extrinsic demand but also in developing the
right competence and expertise of their staff members in order to provide a competitive
alternative to conventional insurance.
